Esther is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and is a member of the American Counseling Association. Esther has training and experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma & abuse, family & relationships, sexuality, reproductive health concerns, life stage transitions, crisis, grief and loss. Esther implements an integrative approach to counseling by drawing from several therapeutic models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Esther provides virtual and in-person counseling for individual adults, youth, and couples at the Burlington Office and Redeemer University (students only).
